OK, found 2 bundled libraries that require clarification
third_party/resample  => libresample
third_party/srtp  => libsrtp

both of these are included in fedora already, and it's not clear
1.  why it's bundled, and distributing it's own copies of these libraries
2.  why external/system copies cannot be used.
