just two small comments:
ln -sf ../../../etc/habari/config.php
${RPM_BUILD_ROOT}%{_datadir}/habari/config.php

this will probably fail!

In order to get someone sponsor you into the packager group, you must convince
a potential sponsor of your packaging knowledge. You could prove this by doing
'informal reviews'.
