libdb.spec in Rawhide git is a mess, unfortunately, and will need all (if not
even more) fixes as this libdb4 package.

In particular the placement of the versioned (!) *.so files in -devel package
makes no sense. But it's not limited to that. Major changes to the packages are
needed.
