[Fedora-packaging] Desktop files guidelines

Hi!
A few days ago one man filled a bug against my package [1] and he's
written that openarena's menu entry is not HIG complaint [2].
There are some nice guidelines about how to make the basic integration
within the user environment of desktop. It could be nice if we took it
as a one of Fedora guidelines.
What do you think?
