[Fedora-packaging] Failing to request new branches / fedora-cvs for existing review (CLOSED_ERRATA)

Hi there!

I'd like to request the el5 and el6 branches for archivemount. The
procedure as described on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/CVSAdminProcedure#other
does not seem to work for me. On bug 598688, I would like to set the
fedora-cvs flag to '?', but I do not seem to have the '?' in the
dropdown list, only '+' is available. Is the document obsolete, does
it need to be updated, or is there something in my account that
prevents me from changing the flag?
