I had to face many reviews where I got unconsistent behaviour and answers,
but in the end Michael Schwendt made it prefectly clear (at least for me)
with a comment on a Review (comment #39 onwards):

I've seen this repeated over and over in reviews; I think the packaging
guidelines should be made clearer regarding this.
