[Fedora-packaging] F19: Broken dependencies: tntnet

Looks like recent cxxtools-2.2 package bumped its abi and now provides 
libcxxtools.so.9

If there was no api change, simple rebuilding tntnet should be enough to 
link the newer library soname.
