[Fedora-packaging] Switching to a fork

Ok Ralf.

Here is a package "blackbox", which has been dead for a long time. I
think most of people coming from 2002 before should know this
software. Even Debian treats it as orphaned now.

Fluxbox has taken its place for a long time as an alternative, but
yesterday I found a fork of blackbox:

https://github.com/bbidulock/blackboxwm

This repo merges all patches coming from Debian/pld-linux/Archlinux
and has some new functions(se its commits). So I want to merge
blackbox in Fedora to this one.
