[Fedora-packaging] how to delete koji build

[Martin Gansser]

for fc21 and fc22 it works.
[martin at fc21 SPECS]$ koji untag-pkg f21-updates-candidate libskindesignerapi-0.0.1-2.fc21
[martin at fc21 SPECS]$ koji untag-pkg f22-updates-candidate libskindesignerapi-0.0.1-2.fc22
 

[martin at fc21 SPECS]$ koji list-tags --build=libskindesignerapi-0.0.1-2.fc23
f23

but on fc23 i get no respone:
[martin at fc21 SPECS]$ koji untag-build --force f23 libskindesignerapi-0.0.1-2.fc23
...
