Not sure why.  I hold no authority here, just another user who lurks
gaining knowledge in packaging :)

For the last ... God knows how long ... I have been using their repo for my
RHEL & CentOS installs just fine.  It would be nice though to have it more
readily available without adding another repo.

I figured I would chime in on what the software does as I use and rely on
it.  The code is FLOSS, not sure offhand the license, and will do non free
things if told to, but only when told to (explicitly or via a script)
