[Fedora-packaging] Account not part of Packager group issue.

I would like to thank everybody for the provided help and especially Jason.
I have received mail saying that I should be part of the packager group.

I will request again the SCM part and I'll keep you posted if something
wrong will happen again, hopefully not.
