How is this a bug in perl-Crypt-RSA?  Are you suggesting that it should not
have a dependency on perl-Math-Pari?

Personally I'm having trouble understanding why the pari package requires
tetex-xdvi given that it's only some libraries and documentation, but that
would be an issue for a bug filed against pari, not perl-Crypt-RSA.
