Rebuilt for EPEL-6
This package is included in RHEL-6 but not for all architectures
(e.g. ppc64). It is needed to satisfy dependencies in EPEL-6 and
so the RHEL-6 package from Beta 2 is being cloned for EPEL-6.

Unfortunately an exact clone of this package fails to build from
source in EL-6 Beta 2 (refreshed) due to a missing build requirement of
perl(CGI); this has been added here to get the build to work.
