The packages perl-IO-Compress-{Base,Bzip2,Zlib} are currently orphaned
for devel but since those modules are now bundled with perl-IO-Compress
(and the packages are obsoleted by it), wouldn't it be better to just
retire them now so they don't show up on the list of orphaned packages?
