Broken dependencies: perl-Perl-Tags

perl-Perl-Tags has broken dependencies in the development tree:
On x86_64:
	perl-Perl-Tags-0.28-1.fc13.noarch requires perl(PPI)
On i386:
	perl-Perl-Tags-0.28-1.fc13.noarch requires perl(PPI)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
