Bugzilla update in EPEL?

I have done the upgrade for EL-5, and submitted it to testing.

EL-4 contains an older version of perl (5.8.5) and lacks several of
the modules used by Template-Toolkit.  The build failed with this:

No Package Found for perl(AppConfig)
No Package Found for perl(Text::Autoformat)
No Package Found for perl(Image::Info)
No Package Found for perl(Image::Size)
No Package Found for perl(GD::Graph)
No Package Found for perl(GD::Graph3d)
No Package Found for perl(GD::Text)
No Package Found for perl(XML::RSS)

The package perl-AppConfig is required, it would have to be added to
EL-4.  The other ones are for plugins and the corresponding
BuildRequires could be removed for EL-4.

But anyway, is it worth it, do you really need it?
If yes, please file these requests to bugzilla (one for
perl-AppConfig, another one for perl-Template-Toolkit itself).
