If explicit form->DESTROY() is NOT called, it segfaults in perl before calling
any {XS_Newt_,}newtFormDestroy(). It seems like Newt::Form constructor not
registering destructor for Newt::Form properly and that explicit DESTROY()
corrects destructor handler.
