Broken dependencies with Fedora 16 + updates-testing - 2011-09-23

I built an update for this and was working with jnovy on getting it 
added to the libdb update to ensure that they'd get pushed to stable at 
the same time but ppisar has created a separate update in bodhi for 
perl-BerkeleyDB so we'll need to coordinate pushing these at the same time.
