This is misunderstanding what `perl(Template::Toolkit)" means.
`perl(Template::Toolkit)' means to install Template::Toolkit Perl module.
Nothing else, nothing more. I say module, not Template-Toolkit CPAN package. If
an application needs Template::Plugin::Image module, then it has to run-require
`perl(Template::Plugin::Image)' symbol explicitly.

This way it's possible to split upstream packages into distribution subpackages
while it's still possible to handle dependencies.
