because "perl-Net-DRI" is not in the fedora-repos
this is the perl-library for EPP (domain-registrar)

but it does not change the fact that it is the reason having
"perl-Template-Toolkit" installed at all and only with the last update of
"perl-Template-Toolkit" the first time are pulled a lot of additional
dependencies
