Unfinished Perl 5.18 merged into rawhide

Hello,

ausil has merged f20-perl build-root with Perl 5.18 and 86 % rebuilt packages
into f20, a.k.a. rawhide build-root

That means we have perl 5.18 with enabled perl_bootstrap in rawhide now. And
not all packages have been rebuilt yet. And 74 (11 perl-*) are reversed now
(newer f20 built against 5.16 masks built from 5.18).

I will re-rebuild the reversed packages and I will continue with 5.18 rebuild
in f20.

You can continue building into rawhide freely, just be prepared that some
dependencies will not be satisfied yet.
