Broken dependencies: perl-HTTP-Exception

perl-HTTP-Exception has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
	perl-HTTP-Exception-0.04004-2.fc19.noarch requires perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.16.2)
On i386:
	perl-HTTP-Exception-0.04004-2.fc19.noarch requires perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.16.2)
On armhfp:
	perl-HTTP-Exception-0.04004-2.fc19.noarch requires perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.16.2)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
