So, we could apply this single patch, or... we could look at updating to a
newer version. 

In either case however, we need to likely test the affect this has on the other
packages that use it that are in EPEL: 

repoquery -q --whatrequires perl-Net-Server

I'll see about trying to contact the owners of those various packages for
comment.
