There are similar issues affecting a number of other packages too. I haven't
looked into all of them yet but it looks like perl-File-HomeDir,
perl-Module-ScanDeps, perl-Module-Install-AutoManifest,
perl-Module-Install-ExtraTests, perl-Module-Install-Repository and
perl-XML-SAX-Writer also have circular dependency issues involving
perl-Module-Install.
