            Bug ID: 982293
           Summary: Build dependency cycle: perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML
                    and perl-Web-Scraper
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
         Component: perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML
          Severity: unspecified
          Priority: unspecified
          Assignee: emmanuel at seyman.fr
          Reporter: paul at city-fan.org
        QA Contact: extras-qa at fedoraproject.org
                CC: emmanuel at seyman.fr, perl-devel at lists.fedoraproject.org

The packages perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML and perl-Web-Scraper build-require
each other, which will be a problem when it comes to bootstrapping a new perl
version, such as is going to be happening for 5.18 in Rawhide shortly.

It looks to me that the best option is for perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML not to
build-require perl-Web-Scraper when bootstrapping, as Web::Scraper is only
needed for an optional test.
