perl-Bio-SamTools has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
        perl-Bio-SamTools-1.35-2.fc19.x86_64 requires
perl(Bio::SeqFeature::Lite)
        perl-Bio-SamTools-1.35-2.fc19.x86_64 requires perl(Bio::PrimarySeq)
On i386:
        perl-Bio-SamTools-1.35-2.fc19.i686 requires perl(Bio::SeqFeature::Lite)
        perl-Bio-SamTools-1.35-2.fc19.i686 requires perl(Bio::PrimarySeq)

This because perl-bioperl has been removed from F19 because its maintainer did
not want to maintain it.

You can resurrect perl-bioperl or remove perl-Bio-SamTools from F19 and Rawhide
too.
