Current perl-Params-Validate declares license `Artistic2.0'. This is not a
valid Fedora license value. Please use `Artistic 2.0'

Also you should consider build-requiring following symbols: `perl(strict)',
`perl(warnings)', `perl(attributes)', `perl(vars)', `perl(overload)',
`perl(Tie::StdArray)', `perl(Tie::StdHash)'.
