I didn't say it's a bug in file, I am only saying this isn't a bug in perl.spec
but is a bug elsewhere and mentioned "file", because others pointed at it. I
don't know the actual cause.

FWIW: Rebuilding older perl-releases with current f20 receives the same bogus
provides perl(Carp).
