Broken dependencies: perl-SOAP-Lite

perl-SOAP-Lite has broken dependencies in the epel-7 tree:
On x86_64:
	perl-SOAP-Lite-0.716-1.el7.noarch requires perl(SOAP::Transport::TCP)
On ppc64:
	perl-SOAP-Lite-0.716-1.el7.noarch requires perl(SOAP::Transport::TCP)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
