EPEL: perl-Class-MethodMaker licensing issue

Hmm, it seems I can only fix this in EPEL-5, because Class-MethodMaker 
(2.16) is included in RHEL-6. I have raised 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1064837 accordingly.
