            Bug ID: 1104507
           Summary: perl-CGI-Application-Plugin-CAPTCHA-0.04-10.fc21 FTBFS
                    sometimes: race in t/02-create.t
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
         Component: perl-CGI-Application-Plugin-CAPTCHA
          Assignee: emmanuel at seyman.fr
          Reporter: ppisar at redhat.com
        QA Contact: extras-qa at fedoraproject.org
                CC: emmanuel at seyman.fr, perl-devel at lists.fedoraproject.org
   External Bug ID: CPAN 96200

There is a race in t/02-create.t which causes random test failure, especially
on loaded host:

t/02-create.t ..
1..4
ok 1 - HTTP Server started
not ok 2 - Got CAPTCHA successfully
ok 3 - An object of class 'HTTP::Cookies' isa 'HTTP::Cookies'
ok 4 - Received cryptographic hash in cookie

# Failed test 'Got CAPTCHA successfully'
# at t/02-create.t line 39.
# 500
# Can't connect to localhost:13432 (Spojení odmítnuto)
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 4.

See <https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=96200> for analysis.
