I think this is a different bug in perl debugger or perl filters independent of
Switch version. This kind of warning has been introduced in Perl 5.16. Please
report a new bug report. However I worry this a principal limitation of perl
debugger. Asking perl developers (using perlbug tool or
<https://rt.perl.org/Public/>) would be the best approach in this case.
