Difference between working and failing build root:

        perl-Socket     2:2.017-1.fc23     >     2:2.018-1.fc23
    libstdc++     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23

    cpp     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23

    krb5-libs     1.13-8.fc22     >     1.13.1-1.fc23
    libstdc++-devel     5.0.0-0.11.fc22     >     5.0.0-0.12.fc23

This is caused by C++ ABI change in one of the dependencies or the compiler.
