Hi Petr,

This module is a dependency for perl-Bytes-Random-Secure and
perl-Crypt-Random-TESHA2 that i am trying to get into EPEL6 and EPEL7

I would be happy to take responsibility for building this module in EPEL6 and
EPEL7 if required.
