 So, we discussed this in todays fesco meeting.

 You should be able to use pkgdb-cli and request watchcommits and
 watchbugzilla on any packages you like (they should get autoapproved I
 think). If you run into trouble, please ping me on irc.

 If there's some future work we need to look at to automatically adding
 perl-sig to perl packages, please work with releng and infra to get that
 done.
