Perl 5.20 rebuild finished

Hi,

we have finished all Perl packages:

   2721 all
   2661 done
     35 failed
     27 unsatisfied dependencies

I'll ask rel-engs to merge f23-perl build-root into f23 build-root

I'll check after merge if all updated packages are rebuilt against Perl 
5.22. If not I'll do it.

I was fixing some bugs during the rebuild and I will continue with
investigating and possible fixing the rest of the packages.
