repodata for fc3-updates-ppc?

What about headers for:
http://fedoraproject.org/fedorappc/FC-3/os/Fedora/RPMS

up2date says "no thank you"

Doesn't up2date do repodata?
/usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/repoBackends/rpmmdRepo.py makes
reference to repodata/repomd.xml. There ends my ability to
troubleshoot.
