"vt: argh, driver_data is null" message hangs on shutdown

Opps sorry.  Running kernel 2.6.8-1.541 on Fedora "FC3test2" from

http://fedora.linux.duke.edu/fedorappc/FC3test2

Would the 2.6.3 patch be included in  2.6.8?  I looked in 

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.8.1/2.6.8.1-mm1/broken-out/

but did not see a console patch for 2.6.8.1.
