Hi Paul,

Maybe Charles was referring to this package (watch out for url breaks!)

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/3.91/ppc/ 
os/Fedora/RPMS/vnc-4.1.1-8.ppc.rpm

Sounds like this should fix you up.
