When I go into the hardware browser in FC3, the sound card shows as 
snd_powermac.

I don't know how much information I can give you, but here are the specs:

CPU - 800MHz G3
256MB SDRAM
30GB HDD
Combo Drive
14.1" TFT
32MB Graphics
Model: A1007
