Fwd: Status of Firewire install/boot

Hi folks,

Having been an active fedora user on x86 since core 1 through 3 I am
looking forward to getting it going on my new ibook. I am maintainign
OSX on the internal drive and wish to have linux on the firewire
drive. I have purchased on with the oxford 911 firewire bridge as this
seems to work best in the random googlings on the subject have
revealed. Hs anyone here succeeded in getting this to work? Alternatly
has Yellowdog contributed it's patch back to fedora?
