I very much disbelieve this, but would have to play with the firmware to
see.

On the dvd there is a boot.iso images/mac/boot.iso - copy that off the
DVD and burn as an image onto the CD (you can use diskutil to do this -
drag image into left hand pane and choose to burn it).
