Adding a builder can be done, but the limited network connection the current
setup is on somewhat negates the usefulness of doing that.  There are efforts
underway to replace the current setup and put it in a better hosting location.

Once that happens, a machine such as yours would actually be better suited to
be used as a test machine.  You could either do install testing or use it as
a daily 'development' machine and report issues with packages in bugzilla.
