Eventually, yes.

There are a number of other items to fix on the buildsys that are
probably higher priority though.  Things like:

1) Making it so that it can actually build f14.  The f14 glibc
requires kernel 2.6.32 or higher.
2) Updating to koji 1.4
3) Actually starting koji-shadow again

In the meantime, if someone wants to run mash to create repos against
the existing dist-f13 tag, that would be helpful.
