I stopped the local rebuilds and have concentrated using koji.

I have created a repo from the packages which have been rebuilt in koji
at following URL:

http://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/fedora.ppc/mash/ppc/ppc/os

Lots of broken dependencies of course.
