Late initialization of ttyPZ0 prevents console=ttyPZ0 from working (under qemu-system-ppc64)

Oh I see now, qemu's ./configure has to find libftd-devel installed.

With that enabled, I get:

pseries              pSeries Logical Partition (PAPR compliant)

I will explore the pseries machine type further.
