Boot problems on a G4 mac mini

I managed to install fedora 16 using a netinstall. It seems to have installed ok. However, I am having problems booting. When I start the machine I get the following:
First Stage Fedora Bootstrap(some options)Stage 1 Boot:Loading second stage bootstrap...
This seems to continue in a loop. Does anyone have any ideas or can anyone help? I have managed to install and boot Ubuntu but Id rather use Fedora.
