 It turns out that there is a change going on in infra with regards to
 their logging perferences. Instead of using a standalone file or stdout,
 we're supposed to be using syslog so that things get picked up by rsyslog;
 documentation is available at:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/AppBestPractices#Centralized_logging

 Since we're not done with the logging yet and there are still a few things
 not working, we should probably start implementing this instead of logging
 to a file.
