QA Infrastructure Downtime Today

In case anyone missed the announcement on devel@, there is an infra
outage scheduled for today starting at 21:00 UTC and lasting up to 4
hours.

AutoQA and beaker will be partially unavailable during this time - I'm
going to take the opportunity to do some updates and maybe some host
rebuilds.

I'll send out an email when everything is back up and the outage is
complete.
