Comment:

 Lots of people - it's known but not entirely trivial to fix. The problem
 is that https://qa.fedoraproject.org subdomain had HSTS enabled, which
 applies to subdomains; so as soon as you visit that URL browsers will
 expect SSL/TLS on testdays.qa.fedoraproject.org too, but it doesn't have
 it.
